Block Brawl 3D is operated by Next Star AI, LLC and is intended for people age 16 and older. Contact support@nextstarai.com with service questions.
Using the game
Block Brawl 3D is currently provided as an experimental browser game. Do not use it to break laws, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, or attempt unauthorized access.
Accounts and saves
Guest saves belong to the browser and device where they were created. Export important local saves yourself. Cloud accounts and synchronization are not active in the current release.
Virtual items
Current points, appearance options, and progression have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
Payments
No subscriptions, trials, paid features, or automatic renewals are enabled. New terms, pricing, and refund information will be presented before payment features are introduced.
Availability
The validation game may change, reset, or become unavailable. Reasonable care will be taken to protect player data when cloud services are introduced.
Third-party relationship
Block Brawl 3D is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
